• 1,280 GB of total RAM (5.7 GB/core)
• Running CentOS 7.6, Slurm job scheduler
• 100 TB of redundant RAID6 storage connected via InfiniBand Switch
• Shared environment modules; genomic workflows run with minimal coding
• To access, ssh to greg.bcmdc.bcm.edu on the BCM network

Hodges Lab Network-Attached Storage (hodgesnas1)

• Located in the BCM data center with UPS power backup
• Synology RackStation RS3617xs+ connected with 12x 10 TB drives
• 6-core processor, 32 GB RAM
• Connected to BCM network via 2x 10 Gb ethernet
• 90.9 TB of data storage with RAID6 hot-swap disk redundancy
• Hosts private lab track hub for UCSC, WashU, Ensembl browsers
• Accessed via SMB, AFP, or NFS to hodgesnas1.bcmdc.bcm.edu on the BCM network
