About this site
Courtney Hodges is a postdoctoral fellow in the Department of Pathology at the Stanford University School of Medicine. In 2003, he graduated summa cum laude with a B.S. in biochemistry from Texas A&M University, and completed his Ph.D. in biophysics at U.C. Berkeley in 2009. He is now working to understand the dynamics of chromatin during differentiation and in embryonic stem cells.

NOTE: I am not the WWII hero of the same name (but does this mean "Courtney Hodges" is a nom de guerre?).
As far as the content of hodgeslab.org goes, typical topics include cancer treatments that are early in the pipeline, new perspectives in cell biology, the intersection of culture and politics in science, and of course, all types of interdisciplinary approaches in the life sciences. Art, photography and other hobbies are also up for grabs. Stay tuned.
